To be eligible for a return, Item/s must be unworn apart from trying on, unwashed and still in re-sellable condition.

 

Item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt. You must contact us via oretimes3@gmail.com within

14 days of receiving your order in order to be eligible for a refund. 

 

If more than 14 days have gone by since you’ve received your purchase and you haven’t contacted us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund for your order.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (of applicable), such as if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons outside of our control. 

If you like to return an item, please send us an email at oretimes3@gmail.com - please include your name, email and order number.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund for you and you will be credited back via your original method of payment within 14 business days.
